EasyStay is a technological StartUp that offers an innovative App for hotels, providing guests with easy and convenient access to all hotel services.

This tool facilitates communication between the customer and the hotel, improving the customer experience, allowing them to access hotel services quickly and conveniently.

EasyStay proposes the creation of a management platform with the aim of improving communication between the hotel and the guest, thus optimising their experience during their stay.

We are talking about a new communication and sales channel, which allows the guest to access all the hotel's services through their mobile device in a personalised and exclusive way. All these services are integrated according to the brand image of your hotel.

So we have opted to design a mobile APP that allows the guest to access all the information and services of the hotel in an easy and intuitive way, reducing waiting times and improving the management of the reception, prioritising the security and privacy of the user.


Context

Over the last decade, the hotel and travel industry has undergone a significant digital transformation, driven by changing consumer expectations and technological evolution. Modern travellers are looking for personalised, efficient and accessible experiences, which has led travel service providers and hoteliers to adopt digital solutions to meet these demands.

Functionalities can include contactless check-in and check-out, booking of ancillary services (such as spa, restaurants, and activities), access to useful hotel and destination information, and a direct channel of communication between guest and staff. All of this contributes to improved customer satisfaction, fosters loyalty and can increase revenue from additional services.

In addition, the collection and analysis of data through these applications provides hotels with valuable insights into the preferences and behaviours of their customers, allowing them to adjust their offer and marketing strategies more effectively.

OTHER FEATURES

I successfully designed the interface of the EasyStay App, prioritising usability, accessibility and user experience to ensure intuitive and smooth navigation. The interface design was based on a clean and elegant aesthetic, using a dark mode design and legible typography.

In addition to the development of the interface for this digital product, I carried out the following functions.

LOGO DESIGN

My role in the project was to create a logo that represented EasyStay's brand identity. I designed a modern and elegant logo with the aim of reflecting the essence of the brand, conveying a sense of comfort and ease through its shapes and colours.

CORPORATE DESIGN

Creation of promotional and informative products to present and publicise the digital product to both potential investors and future guests.

I designed the corporate dossier, displays for trade fairs and congresses and the company's executive summary. These materials highlighted the key points and advantages of EasyStay, effectively communicating its features and benefits.

CREATION OF MOTION GRAPHICS

Creation of dynamic and attractive videos using Motion Graphics, with the aim of explaining how the App works and its advantages, and in order to sell the product to potential customers.

These visual elements were used in presentations, investment rounds and marketing campaigns in order to highlight EasyStay's value proposition in a visually attractive and compelling way.
